TVS Motor Company has confirmed the launch of the Ntorq 150 scooter on 4th September, 2025. Ahead of its official debut and price announcement, the automaker has released a teaser showcasing its front fascia featuring with a quad-LED headlamp cluster and a new T-shaped housing. The new TVS Ntorq 150 is expected to share its design elements with its 125cc sibling.
To differentiate the two models, TVS might make a few changes on the new 150cc scooter such as larger wheels. The upcoming TVS Ntorq 150 is likely to offer a digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity and single-channel ABS (anti-lock braking system).
Engine details of the Ntorq 150 are yet to be revealed, but it is expected to feature an all-new engine. Once launched, the new TVS 150cc scooter will take on the Hero Xoom 160 and Yamaha Aerox 155. Prices are expected to start around Rs 1.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
Newly-Launched TVS Orbiter
The homegrown two-wheeler maker recently rolled out its third electric scooter in India – the TVS Orbiter. Priced at Rs 99,900, it directly challenges the Ather Rizta. The Orbiter comes equipped with a 3.1kWh battery pack and an electric motor, and offers a claimed range of 158km. It has been packed with several advanced features such as connected tech, TVS Smart Xonnect app support, OTA updates, turn-by-turn navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, an instrument cluster, USB charging and more.
The TVS Orbiter runs on 14-inch front and 12-inch rear alloy wheels with low rolling resistance tyres. It has a ground clearance of 165mm and offers under-seat storage compartment of 34-litres. Its design highlights include a large LED headlight, LED taillight bar, LED turn indicators, a small windscreen, a straight line foot board, wide handlebar, an easy access box and USB charging port.
This new TVS electric scooter comes in six bright colour options – Martian Copper, Lunar Grey, Startos Blue, Cosmic Titanium, Neon Sunburst and Stellar Silver.
