The ceremony took place at ITC Mementos hotel in the presence of close family and friends. Amid intense buzz around their relationship, fans cannot stop talking about how the couple met on the sets of Geetha Govindam. Over the years, admirers began calling the film’s hit track “Inkem Inkem” their real-life love song.

Sung by Sid Sriram and composed by Gopi Sundar, the song captured hearts instantly. Vijay played Govind, while Rashmika portrayed Geetha. Their chemistry in the sequence felt natural and tender. After the morning Telugu ceremony, the couple will host a traditional Coorg (Kodava) wedding in the evening to honour Rashmika’s heritage.
