Back in August, vivo resurrected the S line in India with the S2. And now, according to a new leak from a tipster on X, the company is working on the S2 FE. Its specs have purportedly been outed along with the two images you can see below.
Before we go any further we need to caution you about the fact that this is not a tipster with a long track record of accurate leaks – so the usual pinch of salt may need to be bigger in this case. With that out of the way, let’s dive in.
vivo S2 FE leaked images
The S2 FE’s main claim to fame will undoubtedly be its 10,000 mAh battery, which will support 44W wired charging. Otherwise, the phone is quite similar to the S2. It has a 6.83-inch “1.5K” AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 50MP main rear camera, a 32MP front camera, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
It’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300e chipset, however, whereas the S2 got the Dimensity 7360 Turbo. The S2 FE could allegedly be priced under INR 40,000 (about $416), and it’s said to be launching alongside the V80 on October 6.
