The day many of you have been waiting for has arrived. Apple is holding its “Surprise and shine” launch event today in Cupertino, California, to unveil a bunch of new products, including the first folding iPhone.

The star of the show will definitely be the folding iPhone, which, a Bloomberg report claims, will be called iPhone Duo, not iPhone Fold or iPhone Ultra. Its base model, having 256GB of storage, is said to cost $2,000, with the maxed-out model costing around $3,000.
The iPhone Duo will reportedly come with an A20 Pro chip, a C2 modem, a magnetic hinge, and Apple Pencil support. The smartphone will also feature two 48MP rear cameras and a 12MP front camera “designed for videoconferencing.”
Alongside the iPhone Duo, Apple will unveil the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. The iPhone 18 and iPhone 18e/iPhone Air 2 are due next year.
These new iPhones will be joined by new Apple Watches. AirPods 5 may not appear today, as they are reportedly delayed to 2027.
