A first-of-its-kind AI tool for MFDs and wealth managers, ZIVA (ZFunds Intelligent Virtual Advisor) focuses on simplifying the most time-consuming aspects of their workflow, from offering business insights and conducting portfolio reviews to market and fund research and client communication.
Data from the pilot rollout indicates that the platform can reduce distributor workload by up to 60%, significantly cutting down the time spent on manual portfolio analysis and client servicing.
“Distributors need support beyond data and research. They need help solving real, everyday problems. With AI-powered infrastructure, we are enabling them to deliver highly personalised investor experiences while scaling their practice. We are bringing enterprise-grade AI capabilities to independent distributors,” Manish Kothari, Co-Founder, ZFunds, said.
ZIVA aggregates research from authorised and compliant sources and translates it into practical, easy-to-use insights tailored to each distributor’s business. It enables users to construct goal-aligned portfolios, conduct quick portfolio reviews, and receive contextual prompts based on the investor’s history and profile.
Beyond improving efficiency, it also helps users run mock calls, improve client outcomes, and capture meetings with actionable insights. It prepares them with past notes, recent account activity, and document summaries, while enabling real-time note-taking, recording, transcription, and meeting summaries.
It is positioned as a real-time thinking partner and execution engine for new-age and tech-savvy wealth managers.During the pilot rollout to 500 top partners, over 5,000 client-ready proposals were generated using ZIVA, along with more than 9,000 minutes of mock client meetings conducted on the platform.
The platform integrates voice and text interfaces across multiple Indian languages, including Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, and Telugu, making it accessible to distributors across geographies.
In addition, it also has a marketing engine that helps automate client engagement by generating ready-to-use communication and social media content, allowing MFDs to maintain consistent investor interaction without added effort.
