Maruti Suzuki is gearing up to launch two refreshed models over the next few months – the new 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift and the new 2026 Maruti Baleno facelift. Both models are currently in the final testing phases, and are expected to receive subtle design updates and feature enhancements. The updated Brezza will go on sale in July, while the facelifted Baleno is likely to arrive between August – October, 2026.

New 2026 Maruti Brezza Facelift

The biggest update for the Maruti Brezza will be the introduction of the 1.0L, three-cylinder Boosterjet turbocharged petrol engine, borrowed from the Maruti Fronx. This engine produces a maximum power of 100PS and 148Nm of torque. It could be paired with a new 6-speed manual gearbox. The existing 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol and CNG powertrain options will also be carried over.

The new Maurti Brezza 2026 facelift is likely to feature a larger 10.1-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto along with new upholstery and trims. On the exterior, the subcompact SUV might get a newly-designed grille, redesigned fog lamps, thicker silver faux skid plate and new alloy wheels.

New 2026 Maruti Baleno Facelift

Under the hood, the new Maruti Baleno 2026 facelift is expected to feature the existing 90bhp, 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine. Transmission options might also be carried over, including a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT. Spy shots suggest that the hatchback will feature a revised front fascia with a newly-designed grille and bumper. However, the projector LED headlamps and boomerang-shaped DRLs will remain unchanged.

Inside, the new Maruti Baleno is likely to get a new cabin theme along with ambient lighting and a single-pane sunroof. Features such as a 9-inch free-standing touchscreen infotainment system, an analogue instrument cluster with a coloured MID, three-spoke steering wheel, trapezoid-shaped aircon vents, a HUD (Head-Up Display), automatic climate control are likely to be carried forward.
