The new 2026 Tata Tiago and Tiago EV facelifts are set to hit Indian roads on May 28. Ahead of their market launch, the carmaker has revealed their exterior and interior details through official videos. Both models receive noticeable changes, with their existing powertrain setups are expected to remain unchanged. Let’s check what all has changed in the new Tiago and Tiago EV.

New Tata Tiago 2026 Facelift: Interior

1. The ICE-powered Tata Tiago is now equipped with two free-floating screens – a central touchscreen infotainment system and a new digital instrument cluster.
2. The newly-designed dashboard, revised centre console with two wireless charging pads in gloss black finish, dual-tone black and grey fabric upholstery, new door pads and a front centre armrest are now also part of the package.
3. While the two spoke steering wheel with illuminated Tata logo and the HVAC switchgear remains unchanged, it gets a new floating panel with integrated AC controls and AC vents.

4. The new 2026 Tata Tiago EV offers a dual-tone Grey and Black cabin theme with fabric upholstery. It gets redesigned dashboard, center console and a two-spoke steering wheel with ‘Tata EV’ moniker.
5. Both the touchscreen infotainment system and digital driver’s display are integrated into floating-style dashboard-mounted screens.
6. Similar to its ICE counterpart, the updated Tiago EV features a gloss black finish on centre console and a 360-degree camera. It also gets rear AC vents and front seatback pockets.

7. Upfront, the updated Tiago features new LED headlamps and a revised bumper. Other design highlights include newly-designed alloy wheels, a tweaked rear bumper and redesigned connected taillamps.
8. Most of the design changes made to the 2026 Tata Tiago EV are similar to its ICE counterpart. However, it gets ‘Tata EV’ badging, a closed-off grille, a lower intake at the centre, air curtains on the side of the bumper, aero-optimized wheels and a rear spoiler.

9. The new Tata Tiago facelift is likely to continue with the existing 86hp 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol and 75.5hp CNG powertrain options. Transmissions might also be carried over, including a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT.

10. The 2026 Tiago EV facelift is expected to continue with two battery pack options, a 19.2kWh and 24kWh, paired with a 61hbp and 75bhp electric, respectively. While the former delivers a claimed range of 223km, the larger battery version offers 293km per charge.
