Tata Motors has revealed the new Tiago and Tiago EV facelifts ahead of their official launch on May 28, 2026. Both models appear to receive significant design changes, while the interior and powertrain details are yet to be officially announced. With these midlife updates, the new 2026 Tata Tiago and Tiago EV are expected to witness a minor price hike.
The ICE-powered Tiago is currently available within the price range of Rs 4.60 lakh – Rs 7.68 lakh, while the electric iteration costs between Rs 7.99 lakh – Rs 11.14 lakh (all, ex-showroom).

New 2026 Tata Tiago Facelift
The updated Tiago features a newly-designed black grille, a revised front bumper with pixel-shaped fog lamps and redesigned headlamps with eyebrow-shaped LED DRLs. The hatchback also gets newly-designed alloy wheels, new connected taillamps with vertical LED strips and a tweaked rear bumper.

The ORVMs shown in the official video hints at the presence of a 360-degree camera. The hatchback might also receive a new steering wheel with an illuminated logo, an updated instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 6 airbags as standard along with a few additional features.
Mechanically, the new Tata Tiago 2026 facelift is likely to retain the existing 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine (86bhp/113Nm) and 1.2L NA + CNG (75.5bhp/96.5Nm) powertrain. Transmissions will also be carried over from the pre-facelift model, including a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT.
New 2026 Tata Tiago EV Facelift

Unlike its ICE counterpart, the new Tata Tiago EV facelift features a body-coloured blacked-off grille at the front. Other design elements such as new headlamps with LED DRLs, revised front and rear bumpers, pixel-shaped fog lamps, new alloy wheels and connected taillamps are identical to the standard Tiago facelift.
The new Tiago EV will offer a 360-degree camera as suggested by the video. Most of the feature upgrades are expected to mirror those of the updated ICE counterpart.
The new 2026 Tata Tiago EV facelift is expected to come with the existing 19.2kWh and 24kWh battery pack options, paired with a 61bhp and 75bhp electric motor, respectively. The smaller battery version delivers a claimed range of 223km, while the larger battery variant offers 293km per charge.
