The Honor X7e Plus is now official, and it brings several improvements over the Honor X7e that launched back in May. The screen on the Plus model measures in at 6.87 inches, though it’s still a TFT LCD with a mere 720p resolution.

In terms of battery, Honor bumped up the X7e Plus to an 8,100 mAh cell, which is 600mAh more than the standard X7e. Charging is still capped at 45W speeds. Alongside the larger battery, Honor also added full IP69K ingress protection, which covers high-temperature pressure jets. Honor is also flaunting a 2.5m drop resistance.

There’s a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chip under the hood which is paired with 6/8GB RAM and 128/256GB storage. One area where the X7e Plus hasn’t changed compared to the vanilla version is the cameras.The Plus model uses the same 50MP main shooter and 5MP front-facing module.

The software side is covered by MagicOS 10.0 based on Android 16, and you get the full-on AI suite including AI Image to Video 2.0, AI Eraser, AI Recorder and Magic Portal.

Honor X7e Plus comes in Velvet Black, Meteor Silver and Desert Gold colors. It starts at AED 899 ($245) in the UAE
