Indian left-arm spinner Sai Kishore starred with the ball as Gloucestershire defeated Derbyshire by 213 runs in the County Championship Division Two match at the Seat Unique Stadium in Bristol.Sai Kishore returned figures of 5-20 from 18 overs as Derbyshire, chasing 319, were bowled out for 105 inside 39 overs during the final session of the match.Ed Middleton supported him with 2-17, while Ollie Price took 3-59, with Gloucestershire’s spin attack claiming all 10 wickets in Derbyshire’s second innings.The victory completed a turnaround for Gloucestershire, who had been reduced to 37-5 on the opening day of the match.Earlier, Gloucestershire declared their second innings at 359-5. Miles Hammond scored 118, while James Bracey remained unbeaten on 104. The pair added 165 runs for the fourth wicket.Bracey became the first Gloucestershire batter to score two centuries in the same first-class match since Alex Gidman achieved the feat at Archdeacon Meadow, Gloucester, in 2007.The win earned bottom-placed Gloucestershire 19 points and ended a run of six consecutive defeats. Their only two wins this season have both come against Derbyshire, who left Bristol with four points.Derbyshire needed early wickets when play resumed with Gloucestershire at 149-3, but they missed key chances in the field.Shoaib Bashir dropped Bracey off his own bowling when the batter was on five, while Matt Montgomery failed to hold a return catch to dismiss Hammond on 77.The missed opportunities proved costly as Hammond and Bracey took control. Bracey reached his second half-century of the match from 75 balls, while Hammond completed his third first-class century of the season and the eighth of his career from 182 deliveries.Derbyshire took the new ball and brought back seamers Ben Aitchison and Brett Randell, but Gloucestershire reached 268-3 by lunch.After helping Gloucestershire into a strong position, Hammond was dismissed when Montgomery caught him at mid-wicket off Martin Andersson. He trapped Harry Came lbw and then bowled Matt Montgomery with the very next delivery.Soon after, Wayne Madsen was caught at second slip off Sai Kishore as Derbyshire slipped to 32-3.Mohammed Bin Naeem was then trapped lbw by Ollie Price after a delivery stayed low.Derbyshire’s collapse continued as Sai Kishore bowled Aneurin Donald and Brooke Guest within three deliveries, completing his five-wicket haul inside eight overs.Middleton replaced Price from the Ashley Down Road End and had Ben Aitchison caught by Ollie Price at second slip with Derbyshire at 76-7.Martin Andersson, who top-scored with 35, was then caught at first slip after edging Middleton while trying to defend.Price wrapped up the innings by trapping Jack Morley lbw and then dismissing Brett Randell in front.
