Hazaribag: A minor girl and her two minor nieces have gone missing from Amanari village on Saturday. The missing girls are Parmeshwar Mahto’s 15-year-old daughter and two granddaughters, aged 13 and 11 years. The family members lodged a written complaint at Tatijharia police station on Sunday, alleging that the girls may have been lured away by an unidentified person. The girls left their house around 10 am on Saturday after being reprimanded over a domestic issue and did not return home. The family members failed to trace the girls till late evening, they alleged. Officer in-charge of the Tatijharia police station, Indrajeet Kumar, said, “A case has been registered. Efforts are on to trace the girls.”
