Another week, another couple of foldable iPhone stories. The first is a big one, coming straight from Ice Universe; it’s a photo of the device in the wild. The photo shows the White/Silver finish of the inaugural foldable and confirms its stocky shape.
Another rumor claims the foldable iPhone will have a vapor chamber for cooling. It’s not surprising, given that the iPhone Pro models have a vapor chamber.
Motorola unveiled the Edge (2026) for the US and Canadian markets. The phone brings a smaller 6.3-inch display than its predecessor and will go on sale on June 11 with a $600 price tag in the US.
Motorola’s announcements continued with the Edge 70 Pro. The new model arrives with a familiar-looking spec sheet headlined by a 6.7-inch 144Hz OLED display, a Dimensity 8350 chipset, and a 6,000mAh battery with 90W charging. The phone is already available in select markets, with pricing starting at £599.99 in the UK.
The 2024 and 2025 models had 6.6″ and 6.7″ displays, respectively. The new model has a 50MP 1/1.56″ main camera and a 10MP 3x telephoto module.
Huawei also expanded its nova lineup with the nova 16 Ultra. The device stands out with a 200MP main camera and a large 7,000mAh battery, while also offering satellite messaging support. The nova 16 Ultra is currently exclusive to China, where it starts at CNY 4,199.
Nvidia also made headlines at Computex with the unveiling of its RTX Spark platform. The new Arm-based chip combines up to 20 CPU cores with Blackwell graphics, offering RTX 5070-class performance and up to 128GB of unified memory. Nvidia says the platform is designed for AI workloads, gaming, and content creation, and it is expected to power a new generation of premium Windows laptops and compact desktops later this year.
Microsoft joined in on the RTX Spark train with the announcement of the Surface Laptop Ultra, its most powerful Surface ever, which will launch in the fall, RTX Spark in tow.
