Amazfit has unveiled the T-Rex Dual Solar, a new solar powered smartwatch featuring solar panels on both the front and rear. The dual solar panels can extend battery life when the watch is exposed to sunlight.

The Amazfit T-Rex Dual Solar is claimed to offer up to 21 days of typical usage from its built-in 660mAh battery.

However, when worn on the wrist and exposed to three hours of direct sunlight each day, the typical battery life can increase to 34 days.

Meanwhile, exposing the larger solar panel on the rear to three hours of direct sunlight daily can extend the typical usage time to 51 days.

The smartwatch features a 1.32 inch AMOLED display with up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness and Sapphire Glass protection.

It supports more than 180 workout modes, Bluetooth calling, and 10 ATM water resistance. It also features a built-in LED flashlight.

The Amazfit T-Rex Dual Solar is available in a Basalt Black colorway with a silicone strap. The smartwatch is priced at $650 in the US.
