Electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Ather Energy on Monday reported a net loss of Rs 100 crore for the March quarter of FY26, marking a sharp decline of 57% from Rs 234 crore posted in the same quarter last year.
The company’s revenue from operations came in at Rs 1,175 crore, an impressive jump of 74% from Rs 676 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, the company said in a regulatory filing.
For the quarter under review, the company’s EBITDA loss narrowed to Rs 70 crore from Rs 173 crore year-on-year (YoY), translating to a drop of 60%.
At 11:26 am, Ather Energy shares traded almost 1% lower at Rs 929 on the BSE.
The company’s total expenses, however, increased to Rs 1,314 crore, up 42.5% from Rs 922 crore it recorded in the same period last year.
