Brigade Enterprises reports FY26 net profit at Rs 725 cr, approves 1:3 bonus issue


Realty developer Brigade Enterprises has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 725 crore for the financial year 2025-26, compared to Rs 680 crore a year ago.

The listed company’s revenue rose 11% to Rs 5,909 crore from Rs 5,314 crore a year earlier.

The company’s board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share for 2025-26. It has also proposed a bonus issue of 1:3, subject to shareholder approval.

During the fourth quarter, the company posted net profit of Rs 190 crore, down from Rs 249 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 1,523 crore as compared to Rs 1,532 crore.

The real estate segment recorded pre-sales of 6.13 million sq ft translating to a value of Rs 7,424 crore, with segmental revenue at Rs 4,002 crore, marking an 11% growth over 2024-25.


“The Q4 of 2025-26 reflected the sales momentum we had been building towards. We recorded our strongest quarter of 2025-26, with pre-sales of Rs 2,521 crore, a 44% sequential increase, driven by strong new-launch absorption and disciplined pricing. Average realisations improved 9% year-on-year, underscoring market confidence in Brigade’s product quality. Overall, Brigade enters 2026-27 with a strong pipeline, balanced portfolio and clear execution focus,” said Pavitra Shankar, MD, Brigade Enterprises.

During the March quarter, Brigade reported real estate sales of 1.95 million sq ft with a sales value of Rs 2,521 crore. The average realisation stood at Rs 12,915, an increase of 7% from a year ago. The company launched around 4 million sq ft across seven projects during the quarter.Leasing revenue rose 12% to Rs 1,303 crore in 2025-26 from Rs 1,165 crore in 2024-25, supported by a 7% increase in retail footfalls and 18% growth in retail sales consumption.

The hospitality portfolio reported occupancy of 76% for the financial year, with Average Room Rate (ARR) at Rs 7,453, up 11%. Revenue from the segment increased 13% to Rs 604 crore from Rs 536 crore in 2024-25.

Total collections during the year stood at Rs 7,476 crore, while net cash flow from operations was Rs 1,411 crore.
