However, in a new development, reports indicate that the premieres might have been scrapped at the eleventh hour. The film was slated to show at 5 PM in multiple theaters, but unforeseen problems have thrown a wrench into the works, disappointing eager fans.

The theatre clarified that Hindi previews will be screened instead and that refunds for booked tickets will be initiated shortly, while also apologising for the inconvenience caused. Similar cancellations have been reported across theatres in Tamil Nadu and Telugu states.

Advance booking at risk due to premiere cancellations

Although the film reportedly made a whopping Rs 43 crore in advance booking, the cancellation of premiere shows is a big blow.
