Just three weeks after launching Gemini 3.6 Flash, today Google is releasing Gemini 3.7 Flash. The company says this is its “most intelligent workhorse model yet for coding and agents”. Gemini 3.7 Flash is “the direct result of developer feedback and algorithmic innovations” that will also be used in future models, according to Google.
Compared to Gemini 3.6 Flash, Gemini 3.7 Flash has improvements in software engineering, knowledge work, and web development workflows.
Google says Gemini 3.7 Flash will be better than its predecessor at coding tasks like debugging and issue resolution, while in web development, it generates more functional layouts and feature-complete apps in fewer prompts. For fields like finance, law, and biosciences, 3.7 Flash has improved reasoning and accuracy.
Gemini Spark, the 24/7 AI agent launched earlier this year, will be using Gemini 3.7 Flash starting today. The model update will make Spark more efficient for knowledge work, and it will deliver improved accuracy and output quality for complex, multi-skill workflows. Gemini Spark is available for Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers.
