iQOO started teasing the upcoming 15T yesterday, and today the prolific leaker who goes by Digital Chat Station on Weibo has revealed its full specs.
The phone allegedly comes with a 6.83-inch QHD+ flat OLED screen, a dual rear camera system (200MP + 50MP), a 16MP selfie camera, and support for 100W wired charging.

It’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, and will have a battery of at least 8,000 mAh. The 15T will apparently be offered in five RAM/storage combos: 12/256GB, 12/512GB, 16/256GB, 16/512GB, and 16GB/1TB. There will be three colorways, and the device sports an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, full water resistance, and a metal frame.
It’s unclear exactly when it’s getting official, but since the teaser campaign has started, we have to assume it will happen before the end of this month. Whether iQOO will ever offer the 15T outside of China remains to be seen.
