iQOO is reportedly working on the new Neo12 for China, according to a recent leak. Although the launch is still months away, some key specs of the phone have surfaced.
Tipster Smart Pikachu shared on Weibo that the iQOO Neo12 is currently in testing. The device is tipped to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC and may feature a 2K resolution display.

According to the tipster, iQOO is evaluating both passive and active cooling solutions for the Neo12. This could mean support for external cooling accessories or the inclusion of an in-built cooling fan.
Notably, the iQOO Neo11 was unveiled in China in October last year and did not have any active cooling. It came with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, 6.82-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED panel, and a 7,500mAh battery.
