Strengthening its market strategy, Citroen India has introduced a demand-led production and sales model, aimed at improving customer focus and aligning vehicle manufacturing with real market demand. Under this program, select Citroen models will be produced only against confirmed customer bookings.
The carmaker says that the new system is built around a continuous listen → learn → launch cycle. It combines retail sales intelligence, digital customer sentiment and dealer feedback to shape variant choices and production planning.
First Two Models Under the New Product Strategy

The Citroen Aircross X Max Turbo (5-seater) and Citroen C3 Live (O) are the first models launched under the brand’s demand-led product strategy. The Aicross X Max Turbo comes with additional features such as a rear centre armrest with cupholders, a three-step reclining seat function, improved rear-seat comfort with an additional 60mm of second-row knee room. It comes in three colour options Deep Forest Green, Polar White, Perla Nera Black, paired with a premium Fauve Dark Brown interior theme.
The Citroen C3 Live (O) is aimed at first-time buyers and customers upgrading from entry-level cars. It comes with equipped with a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, leatherette seats, built-in speakers and rearview camera.
Multiple exterior design enhancements have also been made including chrome touch fog lamps, body side cladding with chrome inserts, full wheel covers and wheel arch cladding. This variant is offered exclusively in Perla Nera Black colour scheme.
Prices & Availability
The Citron Aircross X Max Turbo (5-seater) has been priced from Rs 12.41 lakh, while the C3 Live (O) costs Rs 5.49 lakh (all, ex-showroom). It’s important to note that the both models are available only against confirmed customer bookings.
