New Kia Seltos 2026 Unveiled – Launch Date, Booking & Delivery Details


The second-generation Kia Seltos is finally unveiled in India. Bookings will open from 11th December for a token sum of Rs 25,000. Interested buyers can pre-book the SUV online via Kia’s official website or at any authorized Kia dealership. The new Kia Seltos will go on sale with official price announcement on 2nd January, while deliveries will begin from mid-January, 2026. The sporty X Line variant will arrive in the second half of 2026.

The new Kia Seltos features a completely new design language along with several premium features and tech upgrades, while retaining the previous engine options. Compared to its previous generation, the new model is longer, wider and more spacious. In fact, it’s longer than the newly-launched Tata Sierra.

The next-gen Seltos derives its design inspiration from the new Telluride SUV. Upfront, it features a newly-designed Tiger nose black high glossy grille, Ice-cube LED projection headlamps and star map LED DRLs, revised bumper with contrasting black cladding, and LED fog lamp assembly with rectangular body-coloured accents at the front end.

The side profile is enhanced by the new 18-inch crystal cut alloy wheels, new flush-fitting door handles, and thicker cladding on the wheel arches and door sills. At the rear, the new Kia Seltos 2026 sports inverted L-shaped LED taillamps (as we have seen in the Carens Clavis) and a pronounced roof spoiler.

Colours & Dimensions

The new Seltos is longer, wider and more spacious than its predecessor. Its overall length, width and height stand at 4,460mm, 1,830mm and 1,635mm, respectively. The SUV offers the second-largest wheelbase in the segment, measuring 2,690mm.

The SUV lineup will come in 10 monotone colours including Morning Haze (new), Magma Red (new), Frost Blue (new), Ivory Silver Gloss (new), Pewter Olive, Imperial Blue, Gravity Gray, Aurora Black (available in X Line as well), Glacier White Pearl and Xclusive Graphite (X Line).
