OnePlus has started teasing the upcoming OnePlus 16 a few days ago, confirming its 165Hz global refresh rate screen. Today, a new leak from the prolific Digital Chat Station on Weibo reveals the device’s main specs in full.

It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chipset. The refresh rate will actually climb up to 185Hz in specific games. The phone will have a 9,000 mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.

On the rear will be a 200MP main camera using a 1/1.4-inch type sensor, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera using a 1/1.95-inch type sensor. The leaker claims the phone has a design that’s “quite stylish”, which sounds intriguing.

Previous rumors pegged the display’s size at 6.78″, and its resolution at “1.5K”. The OnePlus 16 will run ColorOS 17 based on Android 17 from day one.
