Reliance Retail Q4 Results: Cons PAT rises marginally YoY to Rs 3,563 crore; revenue up 11%


Reliance Retail Ventures (RRVL) on Friday reported a marginal uptick of 0.5% year-on-year in its consolidated net profit for the March quarter at Rs 3,563 crore, compared to Rs 3,545 crore in the year-ago period. Reliance Industries’ retail arm posted Q4FY26 revenue of Rs 87,344 crore, up 11% from Rs 78,622 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

RRVL’s Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) in the quarter under review stood at Rs 6,921 crore compared to Rs 6,711 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year, recording a 3.1% uptick.

EBITDA margin, meanwhile, stood at 7.9% in Q4FY26, down 60 bps YoY.

Reliance Retail Q4: Operational updates

The company’s stores increased 4.2% (1,564 stores) in the reported quarter to 20,160 from 19,340 stores in the year-ago period. The firm operated 78.3 million square feet during the quarter, which was 1.2% higher YoY from 77.4 million square feet in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

The business grew its store footprint across consumption baskets with a registered customer base standing at 387 million, a growth of 11% YoY. Total transactions recorded were at 1.93 billion, up 38.8% Y-o-Y, led by rapid acceleration in hyper-local commerce.
