Samsung has started rolling out the Wear OS 7-based One UI 9 Watch beta to the Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra, following last week’s beta release for the Galaxy Watch8 and Galaxy Watch8 Classic.
The One UI 9 Watch beta update brings a refreshed UI design, new widgets, and a few new features to both smartwatches. These include Antioxidant Index and Vascular Load support, with the Blood Pressure Trend feature replacing them in the US.
Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra
The One UI 9 Watch beta update weighs around 1.9GB, comes with firmware version ending in ZZI1, and includes the September 2026 security patch. It is available in the US and South Korea.
Samsung Galaxy Watch7
If you live in the US or South Korea and want to try One UI 9 Watch beta on your Galaxy Watch7 or Galaxy Watch Ultra, you’ll have to enroll in the One UI 9 Watch Beta program through the Samsung Members app.

Talking about smartphones, Samsung expanded the rollout of Android 17-based One UI 9 beta update for 10 more devices yesterday. The list includes the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold7, Galaxy Z Flip7, Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6, Galaxy A57, Galaxy A56, and Galaxy S24 FE.
