Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra later this month as the successor to the Galaxy Z Fold7. Ahead of its launch, a new leak suggests the flagship foldable may finally deliver a flagship-level camera experience.
In a blog post on the Korean platform Naver, tipster Lanzuk claimed that the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra will “inherit key camera features of the Galaxy S26 Ultra.”

According to the tipster, the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra will support video LUTs for professional colour grading, along with improved low-light performance and enhanced image processing.
The foldable is also said to gain several camera-focused software features, including dual-video recording using the front and rear cameras.
However, previous leaks suggest there won’t be any major camera hardware upgrades coming to the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. It is expected to retain a 200MP primary rear camera, a 10MP periscope telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide unit.
Samsung is set to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra on July 22 alongside the wider Galaxy Z Fold8 and the Galaxy Z Flip8.
