Tecno expanded its Slim series today with the Camon Slim, and while it shares some of its specs (and looks similar) to the Pova Slim and Spark Slim, it’s its own thing.
And certainly more stylish. The Camon Slim features a 6.39mm curved unibody, which comes adorned in five finishes. The New Mondrian uses the famous Mondrian pattern with a twist – it features a photochromic finish, which, when hit with ultraviolet light, shows off blocks on the back in yellow, green, and cyan.

There’s also Prism Black and Jungle Green with a 3D crystal diamond pattern. Van Gogh Blue shows the famous Starry Night on the back of the Camon Slim mixed with a matte texture.
The phone is IP69 and IP68 rated for dust and water resistance.

Specs-wise, the Camon Slim has a 6.78-inch 144Hz 1224x2720px display, a MediaTek Helio G200 SoC with 8GB of RAM, either 128GB or 256GB of storage, and a 5,600mAh battery with 60W charging.

There’s only one real camera on the back – a 50MP Lytia 600 (1/2″) unit. There’s a 32MP selfie upfront.

There’s a clever LED panel between the two lenses in the camera island on the back. It features 354 LEDs and is tuned with 55 unique lighting scenes. Here’s a quick video demo.
Tecno will roll out the Camon Slim across various markets and will share pricing and availability locally.
