The Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra surfaces on Geekbench 7 with the chipset we expected to see

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra (SM-X940) was spotted on Geekbench 7 by Abhishek Yadav. The benchmark score card confirms that the tablet is powered by a Dimensity 9500 chipset, which is what we expected.

This doesn’t appear to be a plus version of the chip since its Prime CPU core is clocked at 4.21GHz, which matches the frequency of the original 9500 chip. The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra used the Dimensity 9400+ chipset, which boosted its prime CPU from 3.62GHz to 3.73GHz.

The tablet was equipped with 12GB of RAM, again, as expected. Samsung really only offers 16GB on rare models with 1TB storage – this applies to Galaxy S and Z models as well as the Tab S models.
