Launched in September 2023, the Honda Elevate has nearly completed three successful years in the Indian market. The model marked Honda’s entry into the highly competitive midsize SUV segment, taking on the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, Volkswagen Taigun and Skoda Kushaq.

Its initially sales performance was healthy with an average around 4,000 – 5,000 units a month. However, sales gradually declined amid strong competition and changing buyer expectations.

New Honda Elevate 2026 Facelift – What to Expect?

Aiming to revive sales, Honda Cars India is gearing up to launch the Elevate facelift in the coming months. The latest sighting suggest that the SUV will receive subtle changes inside and out, while retaining its existing engine setup. While the spied test mule managed to conceal most of the details, the 2026 Honda Elevate facelift is expected to feature a slightly revised front grille, a tweaker front bumper, redesigned headlamps, new alloy wheels and revised taillamps.   

Interior details are still under the wraps. However, the new 2026 Honda Elevate facelift is likely to get a new cabin theme, ventilated front seats and a 360-degree camera. Existing features such as a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 7-inch semi-digital instrument cluster, a wireless charger, an 8-speaker audio system, connected car technology, and camera-based ADAS suite will be carried over.

As mentioned above, the new Honda Elevate 2026 facelift is expected to continue with the 1.5-litre, four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine, paired with two gearbox options – a 6-speed manual and CVT automatic. The NA engine pushes out a maximum power of 121PS and 145Nm of torque.

Prices of the new 2026 Honda Elevate facelift are likely to remain more or less similar to the current model, which is priced between Rs 11.81 lakh – Rs 16.98 lakh (ex-showroom).

Upcoming Honda Hybrid & Electric SUVs

Honda Cars India is also evaluating hybrid versions of some of its global models during the current financial year. The Japanese automaker will enter the electric vehicle (EV) market with the Alpha 0 SUV in 2027.
