Last week, the upcoming vivo V80 had its battery capacity leaked, and then vivo started officially teasing it. So it’s definitely coming soon. Now it’s allegedly been spotted in the Geekbench online database with the model number V2648.
The benchmark run reveals the fact that the V80 is powered by the same Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset as its predecessor. In the prototype that ran the benchmark, this was paired with 8GB of RAM, but perhaps there will be other memory options as well.
The V80 will run Android 17 out of the box, with the newly announced OriginOS 7 on top. As you can see in the screenshot above, the V80 prototype managed a single-core score of 1,070 and a multi-core score of 3,552 in Geekbench 7.1.0.

According to the aforementioned leak, the V80 will have a 7,200 mAh battery, and it’s apparently getting official in India during the first week of October. Meanwhile, vivo has released another quick video teaser for the V80, which you can see above.
